Partial dentures are a custom removable appliance designed to replace one or more missing teeth while preserving your remaining natural teeth. We offer a variety of partial denture types based on your situation including: acrylic partials, cast metal partials, and flexible partials.

An immediate denture is a denture  that is made in advance and inserted immediately after the natural teeth are extracted, so you never have to go without your smile. The process requires a visit to the denturist before any teeth are removed to get impressions and measurements of your mouth. Dentures can then be placed the same day the teeth are removed; this will help with appearance, speech and acting as a bandage to protect your gums during healing.

A denture reline is a procedure where the inside surface of a denture is refreshed with new acrylic material so it fits the gums more snugly. It does not change the teeth on the denture - only the part that touches the gums. A denture reline is recommended every 2-3 years because the mouth continues to change even after dentures are made. The denture itself stays the same shape - but your gums and bones do not.
